How do I add the EU withdrawal button to my online store?
Since 19 June 2026, online sellers to EU consumers must offer a clearly labelled withdrawal function that works without logging in and in two steps. ResReturn ships it as a drop-in snippet and hosted page, routes each request by legal basis so final-sale or exchange-only rules can't override the statutory right, and offers it free forever on Ticimax, ikas and T-Soft (included in ResReturn Plus on Shopify).
Last updated:
- The directive requires a dedicated, login-free, two-step function — a contact form or an email address is not enough.
- Store return policies (final sale, exchange only) must not block the legal right of withdrawal.
- Withdrawals, goodwill returns and warranty claims follow different rules and deadlines.
