Terms of Service

Last updated June 1, 2026

These terms describe the rules for using ResReturn. We've kept them as plain as we can — if anything is unclear, just ask.

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ResReturn's platform, websites, and APIs (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access them through unauthorized means, interfering with their operation, or using them to process data you are not permitted to process.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services — including the returns and withdrawal flows you configure — complies with applicable consumer-protection law in the markets you sell to.

4. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are flat-rate per plan; ResReturn does not take a percentage of recovered revenue.

You may change or cancel your plan at any time. Changes are prorated. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Services. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide and improve the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Aggregated, de-identified insights derived from returns data may be used to improve our models. We do not sell your customers' personal data.

6. Limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResReturn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in advance. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
